Automation and reporting
Tools I built myself
I run Google and Meta ads, and I write my own software. Both tools below pull in data from many places, clean it and score it.
JobHunter: a data pipeline that scores and filters job listings
JobHunter is a job-intelligence engine I built. It has collectors for 23 sources. Every night it pulls in the listings, scores them and hides the ones that look stale or fake.
JobHunter’s Today page, screenshot of 5 Oct 2026: 212 new matching roles in 48 hours, 1,240 hidden (382 of them as likely ghosts), 229 company boards polled.
How it works
- Sources: five company hiring systems it polls directly (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Recruitee), 16 job boards and two search tools.
- Ghost filter: each listing gets a ghost score from 0 to 100. It looks at the listing’s age, how often it was reposted and how specific the text is. It also checks that the listing is still on the company’s own board. At or above a set threshold, the listing is hidden.
- Scoring: plain rules go first, then an AI model scores each listing that is left.
- Alerts: a summary goes to Discord every night. A listing that scores 85 or more and passes every check sends an alert at once.
- Agents: 12 agents each have one job. They suggest; I decide. The tool never works around a site’s bot block.
- Tests: 2,811 test cases in 20 suites. Each one is a bug that really happened.

AutoLeadster: a lead‑generation CRM with a Google Maps extension
AutoLeadster finds businesses on Google Maps, checks them and keeps every lead in one CRM.
- The Chrome extension reads business listings on Google Maps. It checks each business’s website, finds its social profiles and gives the lead a score.
- It can check whether a phone number is on WhatsApp. It sends nothing.
- The CRM keeps all its data on my own computer. On import it merges duplicates and drops businesses already in a conversation. Then it files each lead into a campaign by keyword and city. New campaigns start paused.
- Email opens and link clicks are tracked through a free Cloudflare Worker. The events expire after 30 days. A reply that says “stop” closes the lead.
What this means for your accounts
A lot of ad-account work is data work. The tracking has to count the right things, and the weekly report has to be right. I set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels and call tracking myself. I can also read a tag setup someone else built, and fix it.
When a check or a report repeats every week, I can write the code that does it.
